You are Lead Partner or Project Partner in an Alpine Space Programme project? This European Projects Controlling System (EPCS) will help you to manage its financial controlling easily. Lead Partners may monitor whether the overall project runs the risk of de-commitment of funds or if financial project changes are necessary. Furthermore, the tool can help the responsible person to prepare the Progress Reports. If you’re interested in detailed information about the EPCS, please just get in contact with us. Project Partners may get an overview on their individual financial situation. Different interrogations enable a detailed monetary control, e.g. on Work Package or Cost Category exhaustion, reporting issues and invoices.
